Yep, still have my rose tinted glasses on for this movie. I know what I'm getting myself into but I'm still happy about it. At least it's pointed in the right direction.

Taboo needs to not to talk, everyone else is pretty awesome though. Can't wait for the film!

Yes, listening to these actors talk about the movie has boosts my confidence that this will be a great movie....especially about the immortal alien Vega.

Well the movies is less cheesy then the last movie. However, thats not saying much. This movie has terrible written all over it. Showing the clips showed 2 things, first is that the film has no connection with the franchise then names and lables. Second, after 15 years nothing yet in media has topped SF2: the animated movie.

C'mon Gamer K... cut this movie some slack.

Although it's based off a video game, this movie should be able to stand out on it's own, and it does that perfectly.

Seeing how these actors aren't ignorant or anything...I think this will be a good movie. Though I wanna see Balrog boxin some dudes up. :D

Cut the movie some slack? Your serious? Chun-Li is half chinese, Bison is small, white haired and beard Gen is young and apparently Chun-Lis master that teaches her the hadoken. And to top it have Ken and Ryu arent even featured in the film? There the main characters of the franchise and they totally been ignored? At what point should I give this film some slack? Because the actors thinks its good? Bunch oh hypocrites.

Kitsune? Cut this film some slack? LMAO.

You said you wanted to see Barlog boxing, so far all I have saw is him getting his ass kick and him shooting a rocket launcher....BARLOG....SHOOTING A ROCKET LAUNCHER?

I am sorry man but the actors being cool has no effect on the movie. No one is going to look at a movie and say the story was BAD but boy, were those actors humble!
If you ask me each of the actors don't seem like they are excited to be in the movie, it seems like they are excited that they had a GOOD time making the movie and that they are getting paid. And there is nothing wrong with that at all! They are just actors, they don't write anything so.....

Kitsune explain to me why you think this movie will be good and how it stands out on it's own, when you haven't even seen it yet?

The only way this film stands on its own is being worse the SF the movie.

Hm... perhaps. I suppose you two are right. It might not be a good film, but perhaps it will be "decent". Plus, I'm sorry if offended any one of you.

However, I realize that video games can't be perfectly adapted into movies without adding some original stuff.

This movie manages to do that "well" (or maybe "OK"), since it doesn't look too far fetched or over the top.

Basically, when I see the film though, I'm not gonna think of it as Street Fighter. I'll just think of it as some regular action movie. Else I'll start unfairly comparing, and start getting pissed.

Btw... can't Balrog beat up guys w/fists & no gloves? :P

the director or scriptwriter are trying to get the franchise known to everyone.. if the plot stick too much to the game, it will only be popular among the sf fans... they're trying to be strategic that's all..

if it fails.. it fails..
but let's hope it's not (bitting nails...)
