Captivate 08: SSF2THD hand's on preview

The folks at ign have put together a well constructed hand's on preview of the hopefully soon to be released SSF2THD remix.
In their preview, they mentioned that the fact that no frames were added made the game look a little bit weird but on the other hand it plays and feels great.
Ign also posted some screenshots showing deejay in hd for the first time along with Akuma.

from the aticle: "While we definitely love the visual upgrade, we will admit that seeing the game in motion can come with a mixed bag of emotions. On the one hand, the artistic style, HD resolution and colorful palette make this game very easy on the eyes. But on the other hand, the animation isn't incredibly smooth because the original frames were used. We can't complain though because HD Remix still looks sharp, but it would have been nice to see smoother animation as well."
