If you are part of the media you should have gotten a street fighter IV dev copy of the game by now, bundeled with a very cool book titled the training manual.
The training manual is a very cool 39 pages booklet full of storyline of all the characters and their special movies.
Nick Chester from Destructoid.com got the permission from capcom and was kind enough to share the whole thing on his webiste.
