They are hardly struggling. They are just appealing to a very large market. IGN is not a dedicated fighting game website so obviously the tips aren't going to be advanced.Also, said tips are titled "basic street fighter". What is wrong with you?

One big part thats trouble is they are telling you how to do a kara throw.... and then not even executing it. It's more confusing than helpful
