Seth Killian hs posted a translated version of the latest unofficial Street Fighter IV tier list.
This tierlist proves 2 things to me: 1-Street Fighter IV is a very balanced game and 2- Vega (claw), one of my favorites, sux in this game.
What do you guys think.

Compare to the tougeki's list Chun Li and Blanka are up, Viper's down. The rest is quiet the same for arcade characters.
Console exclusive guys are far from what the prima guide had predicted but none of them except Seth made his way to the top tier.
Anyway Sagat is the only problem of the game which is quite balanced. Look at Cammy: she's the 16th on the list but is 5/5 against everyone except Sagat (and Seth but this one cannot be played in official tournaments)...

That is very balanced. I think the one thing that hurt E. Honda the most is the inability to pass through fireballs with a weak head butt. That gave him a great anti-projectile defense before, but taking that away makes it difficult to get in close against ranged characters.
Not bad, my main (Rose) is last. *tear* Ah well, in my heart, she is Number One.

Oh well boxer's my second and he has moved up.
Rose is soooo low = me being a sad panda. Ah well.
Overall I'm happy what balance looks so tight. I was wondering when Viper would hit her stride, and she seems to be doing better for herself now.
Interesting, also, to see Rufus claw his way back after having fallen some. Rufus players must be learning some new trick with the kung-fu jello.
It maybe be just me but I cant see how a bunch of numbers proves (offically or unoffically) that the game is balanced. If Seth has to show the public more proof then thousands of people are telling capcom its not as balanced as they say. If thats the case then capcom as either lying or ignoring the balance issues.
