Street Fighter Legend of Chun-li Bluray cover looks like the movie = Rubbish!


Hey guys and Gals!

The bluray version of the aweful Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-li movie will hit the streets this coming month. Pictured above is the cover of the bluray movie which does look so amateurish and has nothing to do with the Street Fighter mythos just like the movie itself.

What is really weird is this garbage is getting a 3 disc set release !!! If i have to guess, disk 1 will be the movie, disc 2 will be the unrated version and disc3 will be a high def 2 hour long appology from the studio for screwing up this movie so bad.

    • So the box contains two attrocities: The Chun-li movie and the round 1 fight DVD (if you haven't seen my review of this pointless dvd check the Street Fighter Magazine issue 2). 

    But let's look at the bright side, we get a Chris Klein audio commentary. I think that alone is worth the price of this blu-ray.  /end of Sarcasm

      Oh you are a cruel one! What makes me laugh though is the unleashed and unrated part on the box. Hell, it's got me curious. I'll look for it in the bargain bins in the upcoming weeks. Hell, I'm even thinking about picking up the original movie as well. The original isn't so bad if you think of it as a comedy. At least their characters are in costume.

      I was such a HUGE supporter of the movie...up until I saw it. Then I said "Fuck it! Let it go to hell and just give me the game."

      It just sucks how they wrecked the movie with such unprofessional promotion, editing & story. The ONLY decent thing in the movie was Kristin Kreuk. The "spinning bird kick" was super shitty, though but the fight choreographer is to blame for that.

      Wow, bullshit in HD. Now I can see all the fail in high resolution up close and personal.

      Well yeah the cover looks like something I could make with a few stock photos - why not use one of the better posters they had for the movie.

      3 disks - wow, just wow. I wish we'd get 3 disks for a good movie more often.
