I was finally able to get scans for the Consoles+ magazine, thanx to my good friend and Shoryuken forums poster Whitecrowz.
The article as we stated before doesnt have a bunch of new info, but has a confirmation that not only Akuma/Gouki is in the upcoming video game, but also play a pivotal role in the story of the Street Fighter 4. the consoles+ was able to see the character sketches but not any ingame picture of the demon.
Such a great day today, first we got the crimson lady and now a gouki confirmation, hope everyday is like today

The first page has a misinterpreted image. There is a picture with Ryu doing a jab punch in the air (striking with the elbow) and the magazine said it was air-blocking.

im still hoping that the game has air blocking :( i really got used to it.
Its an air block. Because this game is strictly 2D gameplay in 3D Graphics. It's not SF ex's gameplay where u can't block in the air.. which was so cheap.
Air blocking is not useful. I am glad it has been done away with. Now Guile is all the more deadlier!
