Producer Shizowa from the SF4 dev blog posted today what appears to be the first pictures of the new character El-fuerte in ACTION!
From the look of it it looks like El-Fuerte will be the comic relief of the game. It also appears that he is a very agile character a la Vega.
Shizowa also announced that a new location test will be held in the coming two weeks.

Yes!!! It's Friday and new post! He seem like a cool character! I wondering what his stage design is going to look like? a kitchen stage maybe?
wow, the character looks surprisingly good. I guess the second new character made me think all of the new characters were going downhill.
