Yes, ladies and gentlemen, He is IN!, the famous master of ken and Ryu long thought dead is back to kick some major ass.
A scanned page surfaced today from the latest famitsu shows the first screenshots of gouken in action. So far from the screens we can see that he has a diagonal Hadoken and a shin shoryuken like ultra.
Until we get a video of him in motion, feel free to speculate about his other moves.

Gouken came back because he missed his beads lol. That would be cool if he took them back from Akuma after he beats him up.
Ah so this is why Ryu doesn't have the Shin Shoryuken makes sense now. I am glad that someone has that move in the game. You can dish out nice slices of humble pie with the Shin Shoryuken.
