The folks over 1up.com were kind enough to make a very extensive, detailed Street Fighter guide. The guide includes moves, special moves, combos and tips for every single character in the game, as well as some basic definitions for newcmers to the fighting genre.
What is even best is that the guide is absolutely free, in fact its so free, it does not even require you to have a free 1up membership account.
